The officials and the entities listed in the prospectus available at Gestionaleauto.com are responsible for the processing of the personal data.

We inform our customers that the data collected will be processed in compliance with the provisions of the legislative decree nr 196/03 (“Code regarding the protection of personal data”) and will be processed through tools (automated and manual) that guarantee their security and confidentiality. The collected personal data will be communicated to people to whom the transfer of data is necessary, functional and instrumental to the operational management of the purchase, and to inform customers of promotional actions promoted by the company Gestionaleauto.com or by their partners. The collected data will not be distributed by Gestionaleauto.com

In accordance to the Article nr 7 of the legislative decree nr 196/2003, the subjects whose personal data refer to have the right at any time to obtain confirmation whether such data exist or not, to know their content and origin, to verify their accuracy and to request their integration and updating, to ask for their cancellation or transformation into anonymous form or stop them if in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment.
